Position Overview:
As the Social Media Manager at Domino's, you will be at the forefront of shaping our online presence and connecting with our audience. Your role is crucial in driving customer engagement, enhancing brand loyalty, and managing our social media platforms to reflect our company's values and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage and oversee our social media accounts by creating, curating, and scheduling content across all platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and company goals.
- Analyze and report on social media performance using analytical tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media and content marketing.
- Organize and run social media contests and campaigns to increase customer participation and brand visibility.
- Work closely with graphic designers and photographers to develop engaging multimedia content.
- Train and mentor interns or junior team members in social media management and content creation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics).
- Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and building brand narratives.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and online marketing strategies would be a plus.
